Ride with the smartest agents.
A senior team running the smartest AI agents to research, build, test and launch your product, from the first idea to the first customers.
Find your line.
Three kinds of teams ride with us. Pick yours to see the route.
-
For founders
From idea to paying customers, with one senior team.
You have the idea and the market insight. We bring the senior engineers, product designers and GTM leads that a seed-stage company cannot hire all at once — and we stay through launch.

For companies
Launch a new SaaS line without pulling your team off the roadmap.
Your engineers are busy keeping the core business running. We plug in as a senior squad that owns a new product, an AI capability or a platform rebuild end to end — and integrates cleanly with what you already have.

For enterprise
A senior partner that clears security review and ships.
Large organisations do not need more vendors; they need a small team of senior leads who understand compliance, procurement and integration — and who deliver working software inside those constraints.

Questions? Answers.
What does HLab do?
HLab is a small team of senior leads at the forefront of harness engineering, AI engineering, RAG and agentic systems. We evaluate, build and launch AI products and SaaS. We take founders, growing companies and enterprises from idea to market: product evaluation, SaaS and AI agent development, and go-to-market.
How is HLab different from a software agency?
Only senior leads work on your product, with no account-manager layers. The same people evaluate, build and launch, so go-to-market is designed into the product rather than added after launch.
How long does it take to launch a SaaS MVP?
Most first releases reach real users in a few weeks. We cut scope until the first version can ship, then iterate in production with evidence.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We have worked with clients in 6+ countries, including the USA and Germany, and work remotely across time zones.
How do we start?
Book a 30-minute call. A senior lead will discuss your product and propose the right first step, usually a short evaluation.
Next stop: a 30-minute call.
Tell us what you are building. A senior lead will tell you honestly what it takes to ship it and take it to market.
